Does anyone know of any holistic approaches to the reduction of an abnormally high blood platelets?

My boyfriend was recently diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is characterized by an abnormally high platelet count. This puts you at high risk of blood clots and strokes. It is also possible that it could become leukemia. Your doctor has placed him in a plaque reduction of medication, but it is suffering side effects of constant headaches and nausea. His mood is very depressed and upset because of his constant. We have already asked if there are other drugs that could prove, but they said the drug side effects include other cancer! I know the headaches and nausea are preferable to the risks it faces, if that were not on medication (or if taking other medications!) but I wondered if there might be a more holistic approach to reduce platelet count, which could absence of such negative side effects? Thanks for the help!

I have the same problem – he told me relieve stress and pressure, and try to live as healthy as possible – Eating right and exercising. They also told me to try yoga and meditation to reduce levels of stess in my body. Because I have a lot of problems different health, my body seems to be weakening, so that while you are trying to improve, but on the wrong track. My mother had cancer three times, and almost died from radiation. He concentrated on eliminating stress in your life and really care about herself. She's alive today and that is what I am basing my treatment. Besides, my mother started me in a therapy called Bain-derived therapy. Sounds strange and I have to admit I have not really persevere with it, but my mother swears by it. I'veput a link here – in English is called friction Cold Bath. Good luck!

New hope for MDS patients
